- For tools with STARFLY brand labels, the labels may be hidden in the packing boxes. If you don't find the sticker, contact STARFLY online customer service for assistance.

## **2. Shipping Cost**

- Enjoy free worldwide shipping for orders over $149 USD. (Additional charges may apply for areas like Puerto Rico islands; our customer service will contact you if necessary.)
- For orders under $149, shipping costs are determined by weight, size (volume weight), delivery area, and the shipping company. Please contact our online customer service for details.

## **3. Shipping Methods and Times**

- STARFLY utilizes express or special shipping lines, resulting in an average worldwide shipping time of about 10-15 days (custom products may have different timelines; contact customer service for details).

- **Shipping Cost Selection:**
1. Express delivery: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT Express.
2. Standard shipping: EMS, China Post, Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post, Registered Mail, etc.

- Upon order completion, you'll receive an email to confirm the shipping method and tariff value. Keep this email from STARFLY in your whitelist.

- Once the package ships, STARFLY will update the tracking number on the website, and you'll receive an email with the tracking information.

- Track your parcel status through the provided tracking link.

## **4. Important Notes**

- **Goods Not Subject to Customs Duties:**
- For select EU countries (e.g., UK, France, Italy, Germany), we use duty-free channels, declaring a value lower than the actual value.

- DPD: 10-12 working days
- Yanwen special line: 10-20 working days
- Registered mail: 7-15 working days

- **EMS Shipping:**
- For Russia, Brazil, and other countries, STARFLY may default to EMS. Express shipping or special requirements will be communicated via email.

- **Customs Duties:**
- Buyers are responsible for paying customs duties.
- Some countries may require a tax ID for shipment; include the customer's tax ID on the shipping label.

- Brazil: CPF/CNPJ No.
- Italy: CF/PEC
- South Korea: Personal Customs Clearance Code = PCCC
